Yes. Use the Work With Exit Points menu option and edit the appropriate exit points to have the Check Supplemental Groups flag set to *YES.

The F7=Update All key can also be used to set up Supplemental Group checking for all Exit Points.

Remember that when adding a new Supplemental Group to a profile, it takes a few seconds to be recognized.
