PTF 1C01674 resolves this issue. It is available from PentaSafe Technical Support and via https://www.netiq.com/support/vsa/default.asp.

NOTE:  This PTF was subsequently superseded.   The fix is available via Service Pack beginning with 1X02267-2. Obtain the most current Service Pack via e-mail to vigilent-support@netiq.com.
