The DBSQL_PREPARE operation appears in the :READONLY operation group when looking at the operation groups.

fix
This is a known issue for Remote Request Management 7.0, which PTF 1C01777 resolves. After applying PTF 1C01777, the DBSQL_PREPARE operation is removed from the :READONLY operation group. See the Support section of NetIQ.com for the PTF or contact Technical Support.
