Applied CUM PTF 02098 for the iSeries product version 5.4/7.0.
fix
PTF 1C01667 resolves this issue. It will pick up the user names and add them to the file. It is available via https://www.netiq.com/support/vsa/default.asp . It is also included in all Service Packs beginning with 1X02267 available by e-mailing vigilent-support@netiq.com.
