Unable to add either type of alert in Work With User/MsgQ Alerts from Menu Option 30.

I want to receive messages for rejected entries in Remote Request Management.

From Option 30, Manage RRM:

  1. 0ption 10 Work With User/MsgQ Alerts, when adding *USRPRF alerts, the Library is not required/allowed. When adding a *MSGQ, if the library field is left blank, it will fill in *LIBL which will work fine or the specific library for the Message Queue may be used.
  2. Option 9 Work With RRM Defaults - change "Alert" value to *MSGQ unless PSDetect is being used (it will require additional setup).

Messages for Rejected Entries will start once exit points are "Secured" thus enforcing security.
