symptom
PSCOMMON/NW0091B reported a domain failure accessing the program QSYS/QZLSFILE, when analyzing *PGMFAIL type activities.

cause
This is a known issue, which is resolved with PTF 1C01779.

fix

This issue is resolved with PTF 1C01779, which is contained in Service Pack 1X03080. Contact Technical Support to obtain a copy.  Prior to obtaining the PTF, if the Remote Request Management 7.0, 'Option 30 Manage RRM' and 'Option 3 Cycle Remote Servers' is used, it may be necessary to manually restart NetServer. This can be done in one of the following two ways:

• From a command line, enter:

  STRTCPSVR *NETSVR

    

• Via Operations Navigator, complete the following steps:

  1. Open an Operations Navigator connection to AS/400.
  2. Open Network.
  3. Open Servers.
  4. Right-click NetServer, and select Start.
