cause
This is a known issue, which is resolved with PTF 1C01779.
An Audit Journal Entry, level 40 violation for program NW0091B may have also been noticed, as this was generated by attempts to start NetServer. The PTF is also part of Service Pack 1X03080 available from Technical Support.
fix
PTF 1C01779 will resolve the issue with the RRM Cycle Servers option not bringing NetServer back up. Contact Technical Support to obtain the PTF.
