Collected entries have been promoted to secured entries.

cause

Your transactions are being rejected because *ALL is not a valid value for 'Object Path'. 

fix
To allow for *ALL access, use the syntax '*.*' (asterisk, dot, asterisk) in the 'Object Path'. 

For example, an 'Object Path' entry of /QSYS.LIB/TESTLIB.LIB/*.* will allow access to all objects in library, TESTLIB, for the User(s), Network(s), and Operation(s) specified in the secured entry.
