Since applying CUM PTF 1X01227, I am unable to create '*ALL User Approved Entries'.

cause
CUM PTF 1X01227 introduced this issue.

fix
This issue can be resolved by applying PTF G1C00008 (or its successor). It can also be resolved with CUM 1X02011 (or 1X01355), but it is better to also apply G1C00008 (or its successor) along with the CUM.
