User Profiles can't be found when trying to connect to the AS/400 with VigilEnt Exit Programs installed.

cause
Imaging software has a conflict with Exit Programs.

fix

This is a known issue and has been resolved in the following CUM PTF:

  • CUM PTF 01109-1 and all subsequent 5.3/6.3 CUM PTFs.
