Error message 'Invalid User Name' when copying an existing Approved Entry and changing the Object (or Library).

cause
The 'To-User' field was not filled out.

fix
You must fill in the To-User field, even if the the user is the same as that in the initial Approved Entry.  Change the object (or library) as needed.
