Some PTF's will not apply permanently when setting them up during an IPL.

symptom
Error: 'Object PSRUNSQL3 is not found.'

fix
PTF 1I00001 must be applied permanently first. Then, apply those PTF's that did not apply permanently at IPL. Command APYPTF, with the DELAYED parameter set to *NO can be used to permanently apply immediately, or wait until the next IPL. This PTF is also part of 5.3/6.3 CUM PTF 01227-1 and subsequent CUMs.
