Error: 'Group/Member not found' when trying to add a user to an RRM Group in Remote Request Management

fix
In order to add a user to a group the user must first be added to the Work with Users screen. This can be done by taking Option 3 Work With RRM Groups, Option 1 Work With User Groups and selecting F7=Create User.
