Error 'Authority code is invalid, reason code is PE' when trying to add the command PSDETECT/CONSOLE DLVRY(*BREAK) to a CL program.

fix

The workaround is to add a library list entry for PSCOMMON before the command PSDETECT/CONSOLE DLVRY(*BREAK) and then removing it after the command. See example below.
