fix

The monitors do have to be stopped and restarted when creating an alert queue. They do not have to be stopped and started if a filter is created in an alert queue.

See the instructions to stop and restart the PSDetect monitors:

  1. From the PSDetect main menu, select Option 4 Work With Monitors.

  2. Put 9=End next to each monitor. When the monitors have ended, they should have a status of Stopped.

  3. Put 8=Start next to each monitor. When the monitors have started, they should have a status of Active.
