fix

To verify refer to the following:

  1. Select Option 3 PSDetect from the Pentasafe Product Access Menu, press Enter.
  2. Select Option 1 Work with Alert Log, press Enter.
  3. Search for the appropriate entry for the alert in question.
  4. Select Option 6=Comms Diagnostics next to the entry, press Enter.
  5. In the 'Display Communications Log' screen, look for an entry that reads:
    • STX (pager#) CR (message).  This Entry confirms that the Service Provider has received the PSDetect message.
