How can PSDetect alert me of the creation of a new library if this library is created on an interactive session?

fix
Due to the fact that the message on an interactive session will be sent to a joblog instead of a message queue, PSAudit alert filtering capabilities will be needed (refer to the PSAudit manual for details) to send the message to msgq "PSDAPI", on which PSDetect will be able to monitor and alert on it.
