For 5.4 installations after PTFs G1C01516 and G1A01501 are applied, and for version 7.5, clear the file PSAUDIT/SAR0515F to clean up the data collected by the SQL/QRY Monitor.  To clear it, type the following from a command line:

CLRPFM PSAUDIT/SAR0515F
