Profile and Password Management Synchronization is not working in VigilEnt Security Agent for iSeries.

fix

Use Command WRKREGINF to verify that Exit Program 'ZPCL47' in library PSSECURE is attached to the following three Exit Points:

  • QIBM_QSY_CHG_PROFILE CHGP0100
  • QIBM_QSY_CRT_PROFILE CRTP0100
  • QIBM_QSY_DLT_PROFILE DLTP0100


If it is not, review the setup as this would have been accomplished via:

  1. Select Option 2 Profile and Password Management from the PSSecure Main Menu, press Enter.
  2. Select Option 2 Profile Synchronizer Menu, press Enter.
  3. Select Option 10 Add User Profile Exit Programs, press Enter.  All user exit points will be installed.
