Profile and Password Management

symptom
Unable to edit authority for a 'Profile Template' in the 'Profile Templates' menu of Profile and Password Management.

cause
The user making the changes did not have 'SECOFR' authority.

fix
To edit authority for Profile Templates in Profile and Password Management, the user making the changes must have a User Class of *SECOFR.  Please use a profile with the appropriate authority to make the changes.
