Error occurs after entering the RSTLICPGM command, when trying to load the AS/400 (iSeries) product for the first time.
symptom
Error: 'Not Enough Information to Install'.
cause
This error occurs when the incorrect product CD is used. Multiple CDs are often shipped with the product.
fix
Remove the CD from the AS/400 and ensure you have the Base product CD in place. Some versions of the product may come with a second CD, which is a Cumulative PTF CD, and is marked as such. There may also be a Documentation CD.
