To produce the AS/400 joblog, follow these steps:
- When in the VigilEnt AS/400 product, at a command line type,
PSECONFIG, and change Logging Level to 9. - End Subsystem,
ZPSE, by typingENDSBS ZPSEon a command line.Change the message logging on
PSEAGENTD,PSEAGENT, andPSEREPORTjob descriptions, which are found inPSCOMMON:- At a command line, type
CHGJOBD, and press F4. - Type the job name (example,
PSEAGENTD) and press Enter. - Press F10 and page down one time.
- Change Level to 4.
- Change Severity to 00.
- Change Text to
*SECLVL. - Change Log CL program commands to
*YES. (Repeat these steps forPSEAGENTandPSEREPORT.)
- At a command line, type
- Start subsystem,
ZPSE, by typing,STRSBS ZPSE. - Run the reports. The joblog can be found under
PSOBJOWNorPSOBJOWNSspool files. - After you have a job log, go into
PSECONFIGand change Logging Level from 9 back to 0. - End subsystem,
ZPSE. - Change the Message Logging on
PSEAGENTD,PSEAGENT, andPSEREPORTback to the original values by following the steps used above (a-g). - Finally, start subsystem,
ZPSE.
