Inactive Session Monitor is not working.

fix

  1. From PSMENU, select Option 2 PSSecure.

  2. Press F10 to obtain a command line and enter the following:

    CALL ASCL04SWT

  3. Watch for a message indicating that program messages will not be removed.

  4. Attempt to start the ISM subsystem which will capture joblog information.

  5. After obtaining the joblog, issue the call again to turn off the high level of logging.

  6. Send the resulting spool file to Technical Support if requested.
