Sign on as QSECOFR and re-authorize (PSMENU, Option 70) profiles that need to use the NetIQ (formerly PentaSafe) product.

There is also a PTF that resolves if you do not own the PSSecure module of the product. PTF 1C00033 for version 5.3/6.3 is available via the Support section of NetIQ.com  (https://www.netiq.com/support/vsa/default.asp) and is also included in CUM PTF 01227-1 and any subsequent 5/3.6.3 CUM PTFs.
