To schedule the Access and Changed Data Reports, follow the instructions below:

  1. At a command line type PSMENU , press Enter.
  2. Select Option 1 PSAUDIT, press Enter.
  3. Select Option 3 Data Auditing and Reporting, press Enter.
  4. Select 8=Change Report or 9=Access Report next to the file to be scheduled, press Enter.
  5. From the Report screen press F9 to return more screens.
  6. Page down twice to get the 'Schedule Job' parameter. Enter *YES into the field. This will bring up the IBM Scheduler-or Robot, depending on which Scheduler is being used.
