No, the journal is already created, but it does have to be added to the 'Work with Journal Receivers' Screen.  Please follow the instructions below:

  1. At a command line type PSMENU, press Enter.
  2. Select Option 1 PSAudit, press Enter. 
  3. Select Option 3 Data Auditing and Reporting, press Enter.
  4. Press F11=Sys Menu.
  5. Select Option 1 to Work With Journals in the System Menu.
  6. Insert a '1'(Add) in the 'OPT' field.
  7. Type DDJRN in the 'Journal' field.
  8. Type PSAudit in the 'Library' field, press Enter.
  9. To exit press F3 or F12.
