To specify a different journal file:

  1. Type PSMENU, press Enter.
  2. Select Option 1 PSAudit, press Enter.
  3. Select Option 3  Data Auditing and Reporting, press Enter. The Work with Files Screen will display.
  4. Press F11= System Menu, in the Work with Files Screen.
  5. Select Option 1 Work With Journals, press Enter. The Work with Journals Screen will display.  If you are already journaling files, you can specify those journals
    on this screen.   

  6. Select Opt 1=Add to add another journal to The Data Auditing and Reporting list of journals.  Entries are automatically added to this screen if you report on files whose journal name is not on this list.
  7. Press Enter to save.
