Upgraded the operating system or applied a Cumulative Product Temporary Fix (CUM PTF).

cause
NetServer is not started.

fix

NetServer can be started from a command line with STRTCPSVR *NETSVR or via Operations Navigator as follows: 

  1.  Open an Operations Navigator connection to AS/400. 

  2.  Open Network.

  3.  Open Servers. 

  4.  Right-click on NetServer and select Start.
