The System Auditing and Reporting job, 'Profiles w/Limt Capabilities = *NO', is running at priority 20.

cause

System Auditing and Reporting jobs, if run in QBatch, are run at priority 50. If jobs are run interactively then they run at priority 20.

fix
To see if the job priority has been changed for QBATCH follow the steps below.

  1. Type the following on a command line:

    WRKSBSD

  2. Enter QBATCH in the subsystem description field, and QSYS in the Library field, and press Enter.

  3. Put a 5=Display next to the QBATCH subsystem.

  4. Select 7=Routing entries.

  5. Put a 5=Display next to a routing entry.

  6. See what is indicated in the class field.

  7. Type the following on a command line, and press Enter.

    WRKCLS

  8. Enter the class name from step 6.

  9. Put a 5=Display next to the class, and see what the Run priority is set to.
