  1. To terminate the agent, type the following at a command prompt on the agent machine:

    ps -ef | grep java

    This will find all processes that are using java, including the agent.

  2. The agent process is the process in the list that is associated with the /opt/PentaSafe/jre/bin directory. To stop the service, kill this process.
