VigilEnt Password Manager for Oracle scanner is not running at the selected time interval.

fix

Perform the following steps:

  1. Check to see if there are enough job_queue_processes defined in the init.ORA file for the database (3 is the minimum number required). Any change made to the init.ORA file will require the database to be stoped and started before it will take effect. 
  2. Delete the existing jobs from the sys.dba_jobs table. Run the shipped sqlcqr_jobs.sql script as the SQLCQR user to reinstate the jobs again. Verify that the scanners can be run manually by selecting Run Now in the console.
  3. Wait the allotted time interval and verify that the scanners run automatically.
