symptom
PeopleSoft password change client tool (PMACC) fails to change a password when used through a Citrix server.

cause
Access to the PeopleSoft Datamover executable and a temporary file location are the most common areas for issues.

fix

When specifying a network location during configuration use the "absolute" path rather than the "relative" path.  Please refer to the following example of each:

  • F:\PS\TEMP (absolute)
  • %USER%\PS\TEMP (relative)
