Error: 'ORA-006512' for Oracle packages 'sys.dbms_ijob' and 'sys.dbms_job' when activating through the GUI.

symptom
The 'partner sync' scanner process stopped working.

cause
The reason is that the SQLCQR user is running out of tablespace.

fix
To resolve this issue, set the tablespace to auto-extend or be unlimited for the SQLCQR user.

note
The 'partner sync' scanner process is used to synchronize passwords for the Oracle database set up of this feature.  It is an Oracle job, owned by the SQLCQR user, and would be set to run once every 24 hours, by default.
