symptom
Error: 'Table or view does not exist' appear after a 3-tier break-in in VigilEnt Password Manager for Oracle.

cause
A user other than SYSADM is the DB owner for PeopleSoft.

fix
To correct this, open the appropriate API file InstallAPI_PPLOra7_.SQL or InstallAPI_PPLOra8_.SQL (for Oracle 8) and replace every instance of SYSADM with the real DB owner.
