Information for the security incident administrator is not saved when the Submit button is used.

cause
There are too many items selected in the 'Type of Incidents Responsible For' field.

fix
To save the administrator’s file, decrease the number of items for which the administrator is responsible. VigilEnt Policy Center 2.1 corrects this by including an increased size limit for this field.

This error may occur for other database fields if they have longer values than permitted.

This error is a result of a size limit for saving that type of information in the database.
