Before submitting a security incident report, an administrator may want to review if similar reports already exist. All security incident reports are assigned a tracking number. The following steps provide instructions on viewing these reports.

1. On the Compliance tab, click Security Incident Reporting, and the Security Incident Reporting page is displayed.

2. Click Search Database. The Security Incident Search dialog box is displayed.

3. Type any search criteria in the appropriate field, and click Submit. The Security Incident Search Results list is displayed.

4. Click the ID number of the report for viewing and the report is displayed.
