Use the following steps to view a PDF policy document using the Netscape 6.X browser:

  1. Log on to the User Site.

  2. Click the desired policy document to view. Because the file is in PDF format, the unknown file type dialog box is displayed.

  3. Save the file to the hard drive.

  4. Open the Adobe Acrobat Reader.

  5. Click File | Open, and then select the file saved to the hard drive in step 3.

  6. Keep the VigilEnt Policy Document reader open to confirm having read the policy, and to make comments on the policy.
