Policy reports are available to review user acceptance to new or updated policy documents. Run a policy report to view compliant and non-compliant users (those who have not acknowledged reading the policy), and create a report of the results. A policy chart offers a quick, graphical representation of the results of a policy report.

1. On the Compliance tab, click Policy Reports. The Policy Reports page is displayed.

2. Click the desired policy document, and click Report.

3. Click the desired parameters, and click Run Report. The Policy Report is displayed.

Any of these reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel by clicking 'Excel' when the report is displayed. Do not use the browser?s Back function when running reports.
