A policy document on the Review tab can either be accepted (and published) or rejected.  Use the following steps to reject a policy document.

  1. On the Policy Center tab, click View/Edit Policy. The View/Edit Policy page is displayed.

  2. On the Review tab, click the document for rejection, and click Reject. A verification message is displayed.

  3. Click OK. The policy document is displayed on the Draft tab with a status of Draft.
