Logging on to the Administration site, perform the following:

  1. Select Policy Center | Policy Library | Library.
     
  2. Click Import and wait for the pop up window.
  3. Click Browse and browse to the location of the desired Library.
  4. Fill in the date range of the policy by selecting the Available To and From date.
  5. Select the desired format for the Library XML, HTML etc.
  6. Click Save to save the library.
