History is not being generated for a particular incident.

cause
A tracking number is needed to find the security incident.

fix
Use the following steps to find an incident report:

  1. Log on to the Administration site.

  2. On the Compliance tab, click Security Incident Reporting.

  3. Click Search Database, and then search for a particular type of incident.

  4. Click Submit, and note the Tracking Number for this incident.

  5. Click Search Database, and then type the number in the Tracking Number field.

  6. Click Detail. All entries related to this particular incident are displayed.
