symptom
Security incidents are not reporting administrators.

cause
Mail server options, such as alerting users of a document for review or a new incident report, must be set with the correct distribution lists and server address.

fix

Use the following steps to verify e-mail settings:

1. Log on to the Administration site.

2. On the Administration tab, click Options, and then click Mail.

3. Verify that the Reviewers check box is selected.

4. Verify that the Incident Reporting check box is selected.

5. Click Update.
