To configure the shortcut, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the install path of C:\Program Files\PentaSafe\VigilEnt Policy Center\bin. There, you will see the Administrator and User icons.

  2. Right click the icons individually and select Properties.

  3. In the URL text box, point to the path of the web server for the Administration site, in the following format:

    http://name of webserver/VpcAdmin

  4. Or, for the User site, enter the URL in the following format: 

    http://name of webserver/policy
