  1. Open the Administrator Site.

  2. Select the Administration tab.

  3. Select Options, and then select the Database tab.

  4. Type the previous password.

  5. Then, type the new desired password, and confirm the new password.

  6. Select Update.

This will change the 'vpc_user' password.
