fix

  1. Go to the default install path for VigilEnt Policy Center:

    C:\Program Files\PentaSafe\VigilEnt Policy Center\server\conf\server.xml

  2. Open server.xml in Notepad, choose edit, and find port 8007, which is the default port.

  3. Choose a different port number and save the xml file.

  4. Stop and start the VigilEnt Policy Center service.
