Click the Publishing check box on the Mail tab to alert VigilEnt Policy Center to automatically notify specific users via e-mail when a document is published.

If you are using a user repository that does not associate user IDs with an e-mail address, select one of the "e-mail on publishing" options located below the Publishing check box.
