User or Reviewer is not receiving email notifications from VPC.
Verify that a valid e-mail address has been entered in the 'ORIGINATOR ADDRESS' field.
Verify that you have entered a valid Exchange Server and Account in the mail configuration area.
Verify that the users valid email address appears in the TO section of the generated email.
Check to make sure that any SPAM filters that are in place are not intercepting the email.
Verify that the document's access control list is correct and that the user is in the correct group.
Verify that the email is not being sent to the Junk folder.
Validate Exchange Intelligent Message Filter settings.
Add the Originator Email address to the Safe Senders list in Outlook.
The information entered in the Administration -> Options -> Mail screen have been entered incorrectly, or the user that is expected to receive the notification is not included in the ACL that has been assigned to the particular policy.
SPAM filter is blocking the email.
Some organizations have enabled Exchange Intelligent Message Filter which by default can block certain emails.
