To add an ACL to a news item, complete the following steps:

1. On the Administration tab, click User Site. The User Site page is displayed.

2. On the News tab, click the desired file, and then click ACL. The ACL page is displayed.

3. Click the desired access from the Available Privileges field, and then click the double-arrow right (>>) to move the privilege to the Selected Privileges field.

4. Click Save Changes.
