To add a question to a Quiz Sample, follow these steps:

  1. On the Education tab, click View/Edit Quiz. The View/Edit Quiz page is displayed.

  2. Click the quiz for editing, and then click Edit. The Quiz Editor page is displayed. 

  3. Click Add, and the Question dialog box is displayed.

  4. In the Order Index field, type the order in which the questions display, and in the Question Weight field, type the percentage representing the significance of this question in comparison to the other questions.

  5. Verify Make Question Available is selected. If this check box is not selected, the question does not display in the quiz.

  6. In the Question Text field, type "You must use a non-alphabetic character in your password".

  7. In the Answer Text field, type True.

  8. Leave the check mark to the left along with 100 in the Weight field. This indicates that ?True? is the correct answer.

  9. Click Add.

  10. In the Answer Text field, type False.

  11. Change the Weight to 0, and then click Add. This indicates that if the user chooses false, he or she receives no points for this question.

  12. Type the answer to the question and explain it in the Feedback field. The feedback is immediate when taking the quiz. This helps the user remember and further understand the correct answers for the policy document being tested.

  13. Click Save Changes. The Quiz Preferences page is displayed.

  14. Click Save.
