To archive a policy document, follow these steps:

1. On the Policy Center tab, click View/Edit Policy. The View/Edit Policy page displays.

2. On the Published tab, click the policy document for archiving, and then click Archive. A verification message displays.

3. Click OK. The selected policy document displays on the Archived tab and can no longer be seen from the User Site.

Archiving a policy document removes it from view in the User Site and saves the document for reference and future use.
